정수기 때문에 전화로 문의를 했는데 전화 받으시는 남자분이 너무 불친절하네요.
가격과 서비스를 다른곳이랑 비교를 해보려고 전화를 하기는 했지만 이렇게 전화 응대에서 믿음이 안가는데 다른분들은 어떠셨는지 모르겠네요. |

I placed this water filter service since 2011. and as of today, I have cancelled their service and will look for another service provider.
The main reason is their customer service and unclear billing condition.
They verbally offer one month free for paying the entire service fee. However there are some unspoken conditions they did not specify on the contract. Their contract is simple. Without this clear condition, I paid my annual service fee in Jan or Feb. Since 2015, they kept sending me this balance which I was not aware of and nor given any clear explanation. I sent written copies of clarification and never received any response. Starting November 2016, again I received outstanding balance fee for Nov and Dec. Talking to the guy on the phone was impossible as he was not making clear sense, and I went to his office. During the conversation, he said now that there was late fee, and all the entire fee must be paid in Jan (I don't think he even specificy this). Long story short, I told him to take his filters as of the last day of Feb and I am cancelling his service. I will look for another service.
All in all, this could have been avoided, if he made his service condition clear. He kept saying things completely unrelated. claiming that he was not making any money and all he did was to enter the number in the computer and he did not have to check.
I will not recommend this water filter service. PERIOD. |
