DK CAD Services is established in 2003 and have been servicing bay area landlords and architects for over 12 years now. We specializes in architectural CAD services which includes but not limited to floor plan generation, transcribing old plans into digital CAD plans, ADA analysis, Space planning, small scale renovation work (non-permit), etc. If you need an architectural floor plan for your building, give us a call! We can transcribe your old plans into CAD if you have any old plans or we can start fresh and generate one from scratch! We've produced over 450 building backgrounds in the bay area and counting!

2. Transcribing old architectural plans - turn your 30 or 40 year old plans to digital CAD floor plans!
3. Requirement Analysis - Can your company fit into the new space? We provide services that shows you exactly what can fit into the space and what needs to go.
4. ADA Analysis - California ADA requirements are strict! Is your building up to code? What kind of changes do you need to make to meet the requirements of ADA code?
5. Tenant Improvement - New tenant moving in? What do they require? Make changes to your existing space to accommodate your tenant's requirements.
