처음 사고가 나서 어떤 오토샵을 갈까 고민하다가 PRECISE COLLISION BODY SHOP을 찾았는데 너무 이해하기 쉽게 잘 설명해주시고 가격도 너무 착하게 주셨다. 차가 사고난이후에 일주일만에 차를 고쳐주셔서 불편함이없었고 공짜로 led 헤드라이트로 바꿔주셔서 너무 감사했다. 다음부터 계속 여기서 고칠것이고 다름이아니라 다른사람들도 와서 여기서 고쳤으면해서 올리는 글입니다. 고민하지마시고 가서 상담해보시고 차를 맡기세요. 진짜 강력추천입니다. 빠르고 잘하고 가격착한 곳을 원하면 여기로 꼭 가시는걸 추천드립니다. Recently, I got into a huge accident in which my front bumper was damaged, windshield cracked, and two of my airbags popped. I did not have full cover on my car and had to pay the repair cost out of my pocket. In many body shops that I visited, the repair cost exceeded way over my budget, and I was about to just give up on my car. Then, I was recommended of Precise Collision Body Shop and the manager Kim. He was the most friendly professional that I have ever met. He not only offered a wonderful price but also transparently provided me the information about all the parts to be replaced and processes. Until I met Kim, I had never experienced a body shop so transparent and honest to its customers. Plus, he provided me with several options to repair my car despite the possibility of additional labor and cumbersome managements he may have to go through. Due to the huge damage, my car took bit of time to get fixed, but even during those times, he contacted me first to inform me of the status of my car. He is extremely easy to talk to, consistently available, and, most fascinatingly, professional and honest. Later, when I picked up my car from the shop, I could not believe such a wonderful job he did on my car. It seemed as if the car was new. I don't know if this is done in every body shop, but he also did car wash on my car both in and out. I definitely recommend this shop and the manager Kim. This will always be the place for me, if I ever get into any more accidents, even though I sincerely hope that I won't. |

첫번째 차 사고가 났을때 아는 사람 아는 곳도 없어서 힘들뻔 하다가 우연하게 이곳에 차를 맡기게 됐습니다. 매니저 분이 한국인이시라 의사소통에 있어서도 원활하고 정말 정직하게 모든 사고처리에 있어서 많은 도움을 주시더군요. 차 수리도 꼼꼼하게 잘 해주셔서 다시 잘 타고 다니고 있고 다시 한번 느꺘지만 제일 만족스러운건 손님에 대한 태도 입니다. 매우 성심성의껏 손님 케어를 해주시는 면이 저에겐 최고였다고 느껴지네요!! |

자동차 바디샵은 많지만 어디를 선택해야 할지 고민일때 아는분의 적극 추천과 SF KOREAN의 리뷰는 기대이상 이었습니다. PRECISE 그 이름처럼 신속하고 정확하게 제차를 완전 새차로 만들어 주셨고, 자동차와 보험에 대한 사장님(Young Kim)의 친절한 설명은 앞으로도 많은 도움이 되리라 생각합니다. 오랜만에 우리 한국인에게서만 있는 정과 보살핌이 느껴줘 마음까지 따뜻했습니다. 너무나도 친절하신 사장님과 professional 하게 잘 고쳐주신 staff 분들께도 감사드립니다.

차 사고 처음 나서 당황하고 있는데 Young Kim사장님이 친절히 보험, 수리 등등 엄청 많이 신경 써주셨어요. 제가 여자라서 많이 모르는데, 친구 말로는 되게 잘 처리 됐다고 해요 :) 사장님이 정말 찬찬히 설명 잘 해 주시고 보험쪽으로도 모르는거 있으면 잘 도와주세요. 서비스도 좋으시고 제일 좋은건 사장님이 솔직하셔서 믿을수 있었어요. 어리면 속일수도 있는데 extra fee 없이 합리적인 가격에 해주셨어요. 정말 감사드리고 더욱더 번창하시길 바랍니다! :)
This is the first time I got into accident, but I really love this place. Young Kim helps you with everything; from insurance to repair. Because I'm a female, I don't know much about cars, but he was really kind to explain to me every single detail (what will be fixed, estimated time, cost, etc). My guy friend who's more familiar with car told me he did a really good job with fixing. The best thing about this place is that he is really truthful and clear with all the procedure. I still contact Young for all sorts of car related stuff even when I relocated to SoCal (He is THAT trustworthy). Hope this place gets more customers! Thank you! |
